Project Methodology

Our approach to the Professional Services we provide our customers is to use our repeatable project methodology to ensure a quality engagement with well-understood expectations on all sides.

• Originate - During the pre-sale time period, Accordent and our Customer work to define the objectives and the Customer's Concept of Operations (CONOPs). After problem definition, Accordent and our Customer work to discover the solution that best meets the needs of the objectives.
  
  
• Initiate - Once a definition has been given for the solution and the Customer CONOPs, Accordent will create the desired Scope of Work (SOW) which details the System Requirements, Application Requirements, System CONOPs, and a Product Deliverables List. We then work very closely to refine the SOW with the Customer, eventually leading to an agreement about the project definition with an SOW sign-off.
  
  
• Plan - With SOW in hand, Accordent will use our standard planning methodology to determine the resource needs, cost and expected schedule for the added services. This plan is used to negotiate the final sales price for services.
  
  
• Execute - When a deal has been made, Accordent executes the project to the plan using best practices in Project Management. The Execute Phase includes further decomposition of customer requirements to arrive at lower level specifications, implementation of all customized code development, generation of configurations to products, quality assurance at the unit and modular levels, system verification and validation.
  
  
• Close - Once all of the development and testing has been accomplished, the Close phase is used as the completion of the project. Close begins with the deployment and installation of the Accordent solution, including on-site verification and validation. Also included is training and a review of the project from all sides for continuous improvement.

• Customer Registration Page Design
  Welcome audience members with a custom registration page that can include custom aesthetics and branding as well as a wide array of user-authentication fields, including log-in IDs and passwords.

  Accordent's technologists have broad experience developing customized versions of Accordent products and developing peripheral functionality and solutions that ensure you have the complete solution. Custom projects have included developing localized versions of Accordent software, customization of our Enterprise solutions to meet specific customer needs, and customized synchronization capabilities.

  Because of the experience of our development team at Accordent, we have the capability to develop custom applications tied to our product line. Custom applications come in the way of specialized web applications or programming APIs that interface with the current Accordent product line to provide the best solution possible to meet our customers' objective.



• Site Environment Assessment
  Accordent can provide a valuable assessment of your current infrastructure to determine the best approach to implement an Accordent solution. Based upon our assessment, we will suggest a solution that can provide the most value to our customer by utilizing current capabilities while keeping an eye towards our customers' future solution requirements.



• System Integration Accordent will work with our customers to ensure that our systems integrate with your current network architecture and enterprise software assets. Our goal is to achieve a synergy between the current way our customers do business and their utilization of their Accordent solution.



• Event & Infrastructure Support
  Accordent is happy to work with our resellers to provide any level of support required by the customer. We can provide primary or secondary support as customer's design and implement the streaming infrastructure that perfectly fits your clients' needs and are more than happy to provide support for the production of customer webcasts.



• On-site Training
  Accordent maintains an experienced staff of technical, product, and production experts that can provide initial and supplementary on-site training to Production or A/V Staff, Solution Owners and Administrators, and Technical Operations teams.



• Customized Training
  At Accordent we have a philosophy that making our customers self-reliant provides a better value proposition. By customizing training to adapt to your specific environment, we adopt a train-the-trainer approach which will allow you to share the knowledge of your Accordent Solution with your entire organization at a reasonable cost. We can also provide training to your technical resources to allow them to make desired changes or develop custom interfaces for your presentations which will utilize your Accordent Solution.



• On-site Deployment
  Accordent believes that the sooner our customers start using our solutions the sooner they will start to realize the value our solutions provide. To make this a reality, we may send a technician on-site to deploy your Accordent solution to ensure a seamless transition from purchase to use.
