Accordent Engage™ is an enhanced audio webcasting solution that enables large organizations to extend online presentation and conferencing capabilities enterprise-wide using internal network resources instead of outsourced conferencing services.

Deployed behind-the-firewall, Accordent Engage lets business users elevate the frequency and effectiveness of their communications, while enabling companies to maintain control over content access, management, archival, and resource provisioning. Presenters simply log in to the Web-based interface and Accordent Engage guides them through automated process of scheduling and producing content that includes live or recorded online audio, and rich media features including synchronized slides, downloadable documents, and moderated Q&A.

Designed for the needs of the enterprise, Accordent Engage offers several configurable roles, including administrators, hosts, presenters, moderators, and audience members. The administrator enjoys advanced functions for managing roles provisioning resources across the entire enterprise. Accordent Engage also enables multiple, geographically dispersed presenters to upload slides, schedule a time for events and select which users have access to both the live and on-demand version of the presentation. Accordent Engage automatically invites selected attendees, sets up required resources and creates an online archive for later review. End users simply log in and watch the synchronized media and visual presentation and, rather than using costly teleconferencing services, listen via the speakers on their desktop computers.
